Title: Mother Teresa (2)

 Hello everyone!
The comfortable autumn breeze is brushing against our cheeks, welcoming us into a truly beautiful season.

Today, I would like to look closely at the words of Mother Teresa and, together with you all, reflect on the "Life Scripts" we unconsciously live by every day.

f my memory serves me right, Mother Teresa was once strongly encouraged to enter politics. However, she reportedly declined the offer with these words:
"Our role is to reach out to people one by one who are in need."

This response is so characteristic of her—displaying an unshakeable core. In my mind, her essence and the title of a "politician" simply do not align. If she had actually become a politician, it would have been a bit disappointing, wouldn't it? (haha)

From a non-duality perspective, her choosing to save the individual right in front of her instead of becoming a politician was simply a "script" that was destined to unfold. Through her profound words, let us objectively observe and read the scripts that we are unconsciously playing out.

"Love begins by taking care of the closest ones—the ones at home. Let us reflect on whether our husbands, wives, children, or parents, while living under the same roof, might feel unloved and live a lonely life."
— Mother Teresa

It Is Impossible for Someone to Cherish Others If They Cannot Cherish Their Own Family

Every family is unique, so we cannot generalize, but it is deeply strange when someone constantly worries about outsiders while failing to cherish their own immediate family. From a psychological standpoint, such behavior is merely a reflection of a distorted "Life Script" being automatically replayed.

In more severe cases, some individuals might even sacrifice their own family to side with a friend, claiming, "But they are my best friend!" This is completely upside down and utterly unacceptable.

What I especially want the younger generation to realize is that the people who worry about you the most and truly have your best interests at heart are your family. Working together when unity is needed, and offering a gentle voice when someone is feeling down—these principles are so basic that it feels almost embarrassing to write them down. Yet, in our busy lives, we often unconsciously play out a script that neglects this most sacred, closest space.

Just as Mother Teresa suggested, it is vital to pause and ask yourself: "Is someone in my family feeling lonely right now?" We must quietly observe and read the script currently running in our own homes.

The Lonely Script of a Boss Who Berates Innocent Subordinates

Have you ever encountered a boss at work who suddenly becomes moody and takes out their frustration on everyone around them?
In reality, the root cause of that irrational anger might not be work-related at all, but rather a script of "loneliness" within their own home.

They have a massive argument with their spouse before leaving for work in the morning, and then they unleash that unresolved frustration onto innocent employees and subordinates. This behavior is just like a person who gets punched by someone on their right, and turns around to punch an innocent person on their left. Objectively speaking, it is nothing more than an immature, negative cycle of projection (haha).

Perhaps that boss is isolated at home, feeling unloved and misunderstood. They too are characters trapped in a sad script of "unloved loneliness." Of course, this is an extreme case, and you have no obligation to be their emotional punching bag, so it is wisest to quietly keep your distance from such toxic individuals.

Happiness does not just fall from the sky out of nowhere. It is something that oozes out from deep within yourself and gradually spreads outward, starting with your immediate surroundings.

When your home—the very foundation of your daily life—is filled with positive energy, a natural phenomenon occurs where you find yourself riding a wave of good fortune wherever you go, whether at work or in your social circles.

To achieve this, it is crucial that a script of "mindfulness and attentiveness to subtle changes" is active among family members.
For instance, when a child is being bullied at school, they often convince themselves that "being bullied is shameful." They might lock themselves in their room, carrying their isolation in silence. To prevent their parents from worrying, they might even force a bright smile and pretend everything is perfectly fine. Therefore, we must first pay close attention and notice those who are struggling. To do this quickly, it is essential to build a relationship where you can talk about anything honestly.

Reassuring them by saying, "Everyone goes through a time in life where they get bullied or experience something painful. It is nothing to be ashamed of. If anything ever happens, you can always talk to Mom or Dad," is an excellent way to free someone from isolation. Claiming that "everyone has experienced it" might be close to a lie. However, if it builds a trusting relationship and opens up communication, it is a gentle, well-meaning lie that is perfectly acceptable to use.

This human world is full of absurdities and irrationalities.
There are people who are loved by everyone, while others tremble in total isolation, unloved by anyone. There are people who struggle to find their next meal, while billionaires live in massive mansions.

It truly is an unfair world, but from a non-duality perspective, all of this is like a movie playing out completely beyond individual control. The life script itself cannot be rewritten by human will.

Yet, precisely because the script playing out in front of us can be absurd, we must refuse to let it make us cold or cynical. Instead, we should always naturally choose to extend a warm hand of kindness to the person right next to us who is struggling.
